Royal Mail Strike Action Updates

This page is specifically for delivery delay updates due to the ongoing Royal Mail strike action.

Following on from our last update, the Communication Workers Union (CWU) which represents most Royal Mail staff has announced further strikes in December which will impact Royal Mail services before Christmas.

To confirm the full list of strike days are as follows:

• Thursday 24th & Friday 25th of November
• Wednesday 30th of November
• Friday 9th of December
• Sunday 11th of December
• Wednesday 14th & Thursday 15th of December
• Friday 23rd & Saturday 24th of December

How does this affect my order?

We will be closely monitoring deliveries and if necessary will attempt to reduce the impact on you by switching your order to be fulfilled by DPD. While we expect the majority of orders to arrive promptly as usual, we expect both Royal Mail and DPD to be under strain with the increased demand.

Will my order be tracked?

All orders will have a tracking link attached which you can find in your delivery confirmation email.

While we are working to reduce the impact on your order, please be advised that delays to your order are outside of our control. We will continue to monitor our delivery partners and provide updates as we get them.
