Focus Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bliss Balls Recipe

Naturopathic nutritionist student, Danielle, kindly created this delicious recipe for us. It is perfect for when you, or a loved one, need an extra boost during the exam season.

These focus Bliss Balls are not only delicious, but also packed with nutrients, healthy fats, and plant goodness from Lion's Mane, Rhodiola, and Holy Basil to help nourish your brain health and support cognitive function, enabling you to stay focused and energised throughout the day!

Makes 14-16 balls

Ingredients:
1 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup 70/80% dark chocolate chips
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
6 x The Herbtender Focus & Clarity capsules

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Your Focus & Clarity Capsules: Open the Focus & Clarity capsules and pour the contents into a small bowl. Discard the outer capsules.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: Place everything, including the Focus & Clarity powder, but keeping the chocolate chips aside, into a food processor (or a bowl) and pulse until combined. Finally, add the chocolate chips and pulse once more to combine.
  3. Form the Bliss Balls: Divide the dough into 14-16 equal portions. Roll each portion of dough between your palms to form smooth balls.
  4. Serve or Store: Once prepared, the Focus Bliss Balls are ready to enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week (if they last that long!)
