The easiest way to make any changes you need is to log in to your account through our website.
- Tap on the person icon next to the shopping basket in the top right-hand corner.
- You likely created an account when you set up your subscription but if not, tap the “Manage Subscriptions” button and you will be prompted to create an account.
- All of your orders with us are recorded in your account and you can easily manage your subscriptions by tapping on “Manage Subscriptions” under Account Details.
Yes, you can pause your subscription at any time after your second order. Simply log into your Customer Account on our website and under “Manage Subscriptions” select the tab marked “Delivery Schedule”. Here you can alter your subscription deliveries to suit you.

- Under “Manage Subscriptions” select the tab marked “Shipping Addresses”
- From here you can alter or add a new address to your subscription.
- To update payment information, select the tab marked “Payment Methods” and follow the instructions.
As a subscriber, shipping on all of your subscription deliveries is completely free. For additional items (not added to your subscriptions), shipping is free for all orders over £30.
For all other orders, UK shipping costs £3.49.
For all UK orders, you can expect your order to arrive in 1-4 business days. Please note that we do not fulfil orders on weekends, so if you order on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be sent out the following Monday.
We use a mix of Evri, DPD, and Royal Mail to ensure timely deliveries across the UK.
