Plants have been faithfully supporting human wellbeing for centuries. With knowledge accumulated over time, herbalists learned how to draw out the beneficial compounds within roots, leaves and mushrooms, capturing the intelligence of nature in concentrated form.
Much of that knowledge has faded from our everyday life, yet the wisdom of plants and those who know how to work with them, is still relevant today - perhaps more than ever.
Why drops and why now?
Liquid extracts have long been a staple in my herbal practice, and for good reason. With botanicals already dissolved into bio-available compounds, drops offer fast absorption and effective support in the moment. We understand capsules aren’t for everyone and drops are a friendly, accessible alternative.

Building on our capsules and herbal teas, liquid extracts are a natural next step in our herbal journey and it’s our joy to bring them to you. A bridge between past and present, Drops of Wisdom are designed to support you through the highs and lows of modern life, helping to balance energy, focus, calm and sleep, naturally.
Each formula has been nurtured from initial idea to final bottle with so much precision and care. Combining decades of herbal expertise with modern science I have brought botanicals and functional mushrooms together into synergistic blends - where multiple herbs work together for greater effect.

Highest quality botanicals
We’re incredibly proud that our drops are fully organic. Crafted on a biodynamic farm in the heart of the English countryside, each batch is made using high quality botanicals sourced from all over the world, chosen for their potency and purity.
Our wonderful mushroom extracts are an important ingredient in each blend. Full-spectrum, dual-extracted mushrooms chosen and tested by one of the UK’s leading functional mushroom experts to ensure they deliver the highest quality.
Alcohol-free
Liquid extraction involves releasing the phytochemical elements from herbs and mushrooms from their cellulose (or chitin, in the case of mushrooms) into a liquid base. We have used a concentrated water extraction method in an organic glycerine base – a natural, plant-derived ingredient that also adds a gentle sweetness. The result is 100% alcohol-free, with a flavour that softens the herbal edge while keeping its character intact.
Why we love drops
Faster Absorption
Liquid extracts are one of the most accessible and absorbable ways to take herbs. With botanicals already dissolved into bioavailable compounds, absorption can begin in the mouth and then continue efficiently through the digestive tract.
If your digestion is a little temperamental or you prefer not to take capsules, drops can offer a gentler, more intuitive alternative.
Portable and Flexible
Herbal drops are incredibly simple to use on the go. Pop a bottle in your bag and you’re set – whether you’re at home, travelling, or dashing between meetings. Keep Night Drops at your bedside for effortless support during the night.
Take them straight on the tongue or add them to a splash of water. And because you can use anything from a couple of drops to a whole pipette, dosing becomes beautifully adjustable to your needs. If you’re not feeling enough of an effect, simply increase the amount; if it feels a little too much, just dial the dose back.
Perfect for Younger People
Not everyone loves capsules. Drops give you a friendly, accessible alternative. Drops are also wonderful for younger (and older) people who might struggle with swallowing pills - our drops can be taken from the age of 12 and up.
