What Our Doze & Dream Community Told Us About Sleep
We all know what a difficult night can look like.
A busy mind that suddenly has a lot to think about the moment your head hits the pillow. Waking at 3am and wondering if you’ll ever drift off again. Or getting through the night, only to wake feeling as though you barely slept at all.
Sleep is personal. So, we wanted to understand what it really looks like for our Doze & Dream community.
What was getting in the way of a good night’s sleep? What changed after making Doze & Dream part of an evening routine? And what about the next morning, did that feel any different?
So, we asked. And our community shared openly with us.
One result in particular caught our attention: the average reported sleep score increased from 5.7/10 before Doze & Dream to 8.1/10 after, an average difference of 2.4 points.
But numbers only tell part of the story. Here’s what else we heard, and what we learned.

What was getting in the way of a good night’s sleep?
There was no single answer. Because there rarely is when it comes to sleep.
Busy minds. Stress and anxiety. Menopause. Young children and caring responsibilities. Lifestyle factors. ADHD. Different lives, with different things showing up at bedtime.
But the experiences often sounded remarkably similar: struggling to fall asleep, waking during the night and finding it difficult to drift off again, or opening your eyes in the morning and already feeling exhausted.
If any of that sounds familiar, you’re certainly not alone.
What changed after making Doze & Dream part of an evening routine?
This is where some encouraging themes started to emerge.
After making Doze & Dream part of their evening routine, people told us about changes both during the night and the following day.
At night, we heard about:
- Falling asleep more quickly
- Sleeping for longer
- Getting back to sleep more easily after waking
- Fewer night-time awakenings
- Waking feeling more rested
And the next morning?
Feeling more refreshed, having more daytime energy and experiencing less morning brain fog.
But it wasn’t only about sleep itself. This was something that really stood out to us. Some people also talked about feeling calmer in the morning, less anxious about sleep and more confident in their ability to get a good night’s rest.
Because anyone who’s had a run of difficult nights knows that sometimes it’s not only the lack of sleep that gets to you. It’s wondering whether you’re going to sleep well tonight, too.
So, hearing that some people felt differently about sleep itself was an interesting part of the picture.

How does Doze & Dream fit into an evening routine?
There really is no single perfect bedtime routine and our survey reflected that.
Doze & Dream is our natural sleep support supplement, formulated with Ashwagandha, Reishi, Passionflower, German Chamomile, Nutmeg and Seagreens®.
The recommended serving is two capsules before bed or by 9pm, with the option to adjust the dose from one to four capsules per night.
When we asked how people were actually using Doze & Dream, routines varied. Some took it every night. Others took it most nights, weekly, or when they felt they needed additional support.
The most reported dose was two capsules.
Different routines for different people, which feels fitting for something as individual as sleep.
How long does Doze & Dream take to work?
This was another question without one universal answer.
Some people reported noticing a difference from their first dose. Others said they noticed changes after a few weeks of consistent nightly use.
Several longer-term customers also reported experimenting with their dose before finding the amount that worked best for them.
As with so many things when it comes to sleep, everyone’s experience was a little different.

Would customers recommend Doze & Dream?
We also asked whether people would recommend Doze & Dream to a friend experiencing sleep difficulties.
92% said they definitely or probably would.*
That meant a lot to us.
There’s something powerful about passing on something you’ve found helpful, especially to someone who understands the frustration of lying awake or those all-too-familiar middle-of-the-night wake-ups.
Several longer-term customers also reported noticing a decline in their sleep quality when they stopped taking Doze & Dream, highlighting how important it had become within their evening routine.
So, what did we learn about sleep?
Perhaps the biggest reminder was something we already knew: sleep is deeply personal.
What keeps one person awake can be completely different from what disturbs someone else’s night. What helps, how it helps and how quickly someone notices a difference can vary too.
But there were plenty of shared experiences.
Across the survey, people talked about improvements in sleep quality, fewer disruptions during the night and feeling more refreshed the following morning.
And then there were the things that are harder to put into a score: feeling calmer, worrying less about sleep and feeling more confident about the night ahead.
Those stories matter to us just as much as the numbers.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their experience. Listening to our community helps us understand not only how Doze & Dream fits into people’s lives, but what people are navigating when it comes to sleep.
And the conversation doesn’t end with this survey. Sleep changes as life changes. So, we want to keep listening, learning and talking about it with you.
What gets in the way of a good night’s sleep for you? We’d love to hear.
