Inspired by the power of sunlight, Earthlight® starts with harvested whole mushrooms, including white button and Portobello varieties. In nature, mushrooms produce Vitamin D when exposed to sunlight. Earthlight® builds on this natural process, using controlled UV light to increase the Vitamin D content of the mushrooms. 

The mushrooms are then dried and milled into a fine powder, with no solvents, carriers or binders. Each daily capsule delivers 2000 IU of Vitamin D2, harnessing the natural relationship between mushrooms and light. 

Combined with complementary Vitamin K2 as MK-7 and organic Lion's Mane fruiting body powder in place of conventional bulking agents.

Earthlight® is a whole-mushroom powder naturally rich in Vitamin D2. Whole mushrooms are exposed to ultraviolet light, then dried and milled. The Earthlight® ingredient is made without solvents, carriers or binders. 

Vitamin D2 is naturally produced by mushrooms when exposed to ultraviolet light. We chose Earthlight® because it gives us a mushroom-derived, plant-based source of Vitamin D in a recognisable whole-mushroom powder that fits our approach to minimal processing and ingredient transparency.

Vitamin D and Vitamin K each contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. We use Vitamin K2 as MK-7 as a complementary nutritional partner in this once-daily formula. Vitamin K also contributes to normal blood clotting. 

Only small quantities of Vitamin D and K2 are needed in each capsule. Instead of using a conventional bulking agent to fill the remaining space, we use Organic Lion's Mane fruiting body powder to keep the formula mushroom-led and purposeful. 

Take 1 capsule daily with food.
